This is combined with a range of tools to help simplify the transition from employee to business partner. The result? Through our years of experience converting both large and small route systems – an average of 90% to 95% of employees opt to participate in an independent, owner-operated distribution model by purchasing their own routes. Communications Through a series of meetings, we present all the benefits of becoming a business owner. These informational meetings are run by DCI and open to all potential distributors, giving us the opportunity to review legal documents, discuss rights and responsibilities and address issues as well as answer specific questions. Business Tools Through our vendor partnerships, distributors have access to a wide array of national providers for: Vehicle leasing and/or financing Route financing Vehicle, liability, health and disability insurances Tax and bookkeeping services Incorporation services As a part of the implementation process, DCI also prepares all closing documents and manages closing route sales transactions.
